Rich has worked in the real estate industry for more than 20 years with experience  in key areas such as Property Management,  Sales, Marketing, Financial Analysis, Site selection, Construction and Development.  It has been Rich’s objective to combine his experience in order to provide first class real estate developments for exclusive clients.  Rich is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara.  He’s a member of ICSC and CCIM.  He currently resides in Hermosa Beach with his wife Susan and their three children.

Charles LeVine

Commercial Real Estate Developer / Investor

Charles LeVine joined National Development, Inc initially as an investor only later to become part of the development team. Charles has been involved in the Real Estate Market for over 20 years with most of his experience in residential properties within Colorado, New Mexico & California. Over the past 7 years, Charles has become more active on the commercial front. Partnering with Rich Gebele, he has had several successes within the Hotel, QSR & Grocery arenas.

Charles brings with him a background focusing on Finance and Accounting. He obtained his BA in Economics from University of California Santa Barbara and his MBA with emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University at Fort Collins. Additionally, he has earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the Association of Investment Management and Research.

Prior to joining National Development, Charles had a 12 year career working in Banking as a Sales Trader within the Foreign Exchange Market working in Chicago, Los Angeles and London.

Charles is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California with BRE Lic. No. 01943624.
